our mission
Delco Dawgs is an all volunteer, foster-based nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, abused, and injured dogs. Without a brick and mortar shelter, we rely on compassionate foster and adoptive families to provide safe, loving homes while each dog receives the care they need.
Our mission extends beyond traditional rescue. We assist in search and recovery efforts for lost dogs, working alongside pet owners and local law enforcement to reunite families. We also take in critically injured and neglected animals, connecting them with lifesaving veterinary care.
With the generosity of our community and trusted veterinary partners, we give vulnerable dogs a second chance at life.
OUR HISTORY
Delco Dawgs Rescue has been serving the community for over 10 years. We started as a small volunteer group and have since grown to become one of the most respected rescue organizations in the area. Our dedication to the well-being of animals is what drives us every day.

We step in when dogs often have nowhere else to turn. A compassion driven rescue making a real difference in the lives of susceptible dogs throughout our community. Responding to cases of abandonment, abuse, injury, and lost pets in crisis.
Through dedicated foster homes and trusted veterinary partnerships, we provide lifesaving medical treatment, rehabilitation, and stability for dogs who need it most. Many of the animals we take in require critical care, detailed recovery, and long-term support before they are ready for adoption.
Our impact isn’t measured only in numbers. It’s seen in second chances, reunited families, and lives saved through the power of community. Every foster home, every volunteer, every donor, and every adopter is part of that impact.
